Knoxville’s Adventure Race
Date: April 1st through April 30th
Location: 3 Paddling Courses, 3 Trail Running Courses, 3 Mountain Biking Courses
The Rugged Duck is a month-long virtual adventure race with predetermined paddling, running, and mountain biking course all in Knoxville, TN. Participants have the month of April to paddle, run, and mountain bike three different courses for each discipline- adding up to the nine courses total.

Registered participants must download the RaceJoy app to gain access to all course maps and be eligible for awards. Log your activity for each course in RaceJoy.
Unsportsmanlike conduct, course cutting, littering, or violation of any of the policies set forth will be grounds for disqualification.
Although we will make every effort, event t-shirts are not guaranteed to participants who register during the late registration period.
Dirty Bird Events has a no refund policy. Race entries cannot be transferred between events, years, or individuals. Refunds will not be issued in the case of inclement weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances out of our control.
